Senior Staff Process Integration Engineer | San Jose, CA (On-site) We're working with a well-funded, stealth-mode deep-tech start-up developing breakthrough next-generation computing technology — pushing beyond the physical limits of traditional silicon. Their team has shipped technology used in billions of devices, and they count major CPU vendors among their customers and partners. The Role: As Senior Staff Process Integration Engineer, you'll take a leading role in developing and overseeing integration processes and wafer operations within the R&D lines, driving next-gen device development from concept through to fab-ready process transfer. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee integration and wafer operations across R&D lines Develop new integration processes for future technology devices Manage integration line expansion in partnership with facility and equipment teams Plan and execute process integration experiments, coordinating schedules and resources cross-functionally Provide technical leadership and strategic direction on process integration challenges What We're Looking For: PhD in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Applied Physics, Nanotechnology, or a related field 3–5+ years of semiconductor industry experience, with a strong focus on process integration in R&D or manufacturing Hands-on experience managing or expanding R&D integration lines Strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Lumicity
