A growing multi-unit restaurant organization is searching for a senior operational leader to oversee approximately 1820 full-service locations across the Western United States. Vice President of Operations Requirements & Qualifications

Senior multi-unit leadership experience within full-service restaurants
Experience overseeing a large group of restaurants (15+ locations )
Strong understanding of financial performance, including sales, labor, and profitability
Proven ability to coach and develop General Managers and regional leaders
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region
Must be based in the Los Angeles area

Hands-on operator who thrives in the field, engaging with restaurant teams
Experience supporting leadership development and building management bench strength

Vice President of Operations Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Provide operational leadership for 1820 restaurant locations across the Western region
Monitor and improve sales performance, labor management, and profitability metrics
Coach and develop General Managers and regional leaders for ongoing growth
Ensure operational standards and a consistent guest experience across all restaurants
Identify performance trends and implement improvements in partnership with executive leadership
Support a visible, engaged presence in restaurants while aligning and holding leaders accountable across the region
