Executive Underwriter Shared Layered Property

We are seeking an experienced Executive Underwriter with 10+ years specializing in Shared and Layered Property. This is a production role focused primarily on managing large accounts with a retail brokerage focus. The ideal candidate will have established relationships with top retail brokers and the ability to handle complex insurance structures involving shared and layered policies. Key Responsibilities: Underwrite and manage portfolios primarily consisting of Shared and Layered Property insurance policies. Handle up to 20-25 significant accounts with minimum premiums around $100K. Focus on large accounts including data centers, manufacturing firms, public entities, technology companies, and municipal/state clients. Assess and price risk appropriately for shared and layered property insurance programs. Collaborate with underwriting teams to structure policies that meet client needs. Maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients to support business growth. International insurance market knowledge is a plus. Qualifications: 10+ years of underwriting experience specifically in Shared and Layered Property insurance. Strong network and contact base within retail brokerage firms is essential. Experience with large account management in industries such as technology, manufacturing, and public sectors. Ability to produce results in a competitive market.
