Key Responsibilities

* Perform mechanical maintenance and repairs on production machinery and facility support equipment
* Troubleshoot production equipment and plant mechanical systems, implementing long-term solutions
* Assist with equipment changeovers and line startups
* Diagnose and repair mechanical components including:

* Gearboxes, sprockets/chains, belts, clutches, bearings, brakes, seals, and gaskets

* Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives and team-based projects
* Provide suggestions to improve processes and equipment reliability

What We're Looking For

* 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
OR

* 3+ years of experience working with industrial equipment such as boilers, chillers, or HVAC
* Strong mechanical background in a production setting
* Basic computer literacy
* Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
