Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:30am-7:00pm

 

About the Opportunity:

Legendary Home Services is looking for an experienced, highly organized Installation Project Manager to manage residential projects across our HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and sewer & water divisions. 

This position serves as an important connection between Sales and Operations, helping ensure that what we sell can be successfully executed in the field.

You’ll review sold projects, verify project details, identify potential problems after work begins, coordinate the resources required for successful execution, and follow projects through installation, permitting, documentation, billing, and final completion.

We’re looking for someone who naturally thinks several steps ahead. Great project management in this role means preventing problems after they reach the field—not simply reacting to them afterward.

What You'll Do:

• Own projects through the sold-to-installed and project closeout process 
• Review sold projects for accuracy, completeness, feasibility, and field readiness
• Verify scope of work, equipment, materials, measurements, jobsite information, photos, forms, pricing, and supporting documentation
• Identify discrepancies between what was sold and what is required to successfully complete the project
• Verify required information and documentation after projects move into installation
• Work directly with Sales, Operations, and field teams to resolve project questions and discrepancies
• Review project estimates, sold-job documentation, and supporting information for accuracy
• Ensure project information is accurately created and maintained within ServiceTitan
• Coordinate project scheduling, field resources, equipment, materials, and subcontractors
• Identify unusual, complex, or higher-risk projects requiring additional planning after work begins
• Anticipate potential installation challenges and coordinate solutions after they impact the customer or field team
• Help prevent incorrect equipment, missing materials, return trips, installation delays, permit issues, and avoidable customer concerns
• Coordinate equipment and material requirements and verify availability
• Create, maintain, and review project purchase orders
• Coordinate permits, permit payments, inspections, licensing documentation, and code-related requirements
• Track permit and inspection status through completion
• Coordinate resolution of inspection corrections or outstanding code requirements
• Verify installation photos, equipment serial numbers, project forms, and required documentation
• Review completed projects for billing readiness and documentation accuracy
• Verify purchase orders, project costs, invoices, and supporting documentation
• Monitor projects through final completion and ensure outstanding items are resolved
• Coordinate or complete post-installation customer follow-up
• Communicate proactively with customers when project circumstances require additional coordination
• Partner closely with Sales, Operations, Install, Service, Accounting, and other departments
• Review project and workflow trends to identify recurring breakdowns
• Recommend and help implement improvements to the sold-to-completed process
• Help create consistency and accountability in project processes across all Legendary Home Services divisions
• Assist with reporting, project tracking, and operational analysis as needed

• Can work effectively with salespeople, technicians, installers, managers, vendors, subcontractors, and customers
• Take ownership and drive projects toward resolution
• Make sound decisions without needing constant direction
• Are comfortable working within established processes while identifying opportunities to improve them
• Can balance urgency with accuracy in a fast-paced environment

 

Preferred Experience:

• Project management or project coordination experience 
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, sewer & water, home services, residential construction, or another skilled-trade environment
• Experience managing residential installation or construction projects
• ServiceTitan experience strongly preferred
• Experience with permitting, inspections, or code-related processes
• Experience reviewing estimates, purchase orders, invoices, or project costs
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook and Excel
