Hail Damage Sales Trainee - Roofing

Responsibilities:

Canvass local neighborhoods to identify homes with potential storm damage
Perform simple roof inspections (full training provided)
Educate homeowners on the insurance restoration process
Complete basic paperwork and documentation

Requirements:

Roofing sales experience OR any sales experience (full industry training)
Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
