Join HOME CARE SOLUTIONS LLC as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) in Bowman, GA, where you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the community while providing compassionate care and support. Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being.
- Help with meal preparation and errands
- Administer medications and monitor health conditions as directed.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Document and report any changes in clients' health or behavior.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Support clients in engaging in social and recreational activities.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in personal care or healthcare settings is a plus.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with a strong desire to help others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Must pass background checks and drug screenings.
- Flexible availability, including holidays.
- Ability to work in a home with dogs and a client that smokes
- Client owns 3 cats
