Service Designer

Our client is seeking a Service Designer to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of customer experience across small business, mid‑market, and enterprise segments. The role involves creating journey maps and service blueprints that capture end‑to‑end customer experience, layering in quantitative and qualitative data to clarify key moments that matter and uncover opportunities. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to design strategies, craft compelling narratives, and drive meaningful change. Key Responsibilities Develop and refine end‑to‑end customer journeys for small business and enterprise customers, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement. Analyze differences between small business and enterprise experiences to ensure tailored solutions for each segment. Translate research and insights into clear, actionable strategies and presentations for stakeholders. Conduct desk research and gather evidence through direct customer feedback and interviews. Track customer buying flows, identify drop‑off points, and align findings with product performance. Work with internal teams (web analytics, digital product, design) to build alignment and improve overall experience. Partner with journey leaders to implement changes that enhance customer experience. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in service or UX design, with a strong portfolio of previous work. Proficiency with Figma, Confluence, and Adobe Suite. Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, a computer‑related field, or equivalent experience. Contract Details This is a 6‑month W2 contract, onsite 4 days a week in Englewood, CO. Pay is $65–$80 per hour, pending experience (within $70–$85). Travel is unlikely but may occur once this year.
