Roles & Responsibilities Thoroughly inspect job materials, ensuring products are correct size/style, and no obvious damage or flaws that would affect job completion. Load required job materials to the installation vehicle(s), including redundant materials, tools, job folder/paperwork, safety equipment, etc. Communicate to office and customer if we will be late for a scheduled installation appointment. Upon arrival at the customer’s home, verify the work to be completed, products and installation location(s), estimate the time required, and manage customer expectations accordingly. Install all products and services included in the work order, troubleshoot, and strive to resolve any installation problems that may occur on‑site. If it is not possible to safely perform a quality service or installation on the promised date, note all issues and the required materials necessary for a later completion that satisfies the customer. Communicate with relevant team members regarding incomplete work, ensuring that any new materials are ordered, the cause of the go‑back is identified, and customer expectations are managed. Take care of the customer’s home or business, leaving it cleaner than when found (use booties, etc.). Close out the installation by walking the customer through care and maintenance of the products, warranty (if applicable), and how to contact us for future service or questions. HS diploma or equivalent. All candidates must pass an initial background check and drug test, hold a valid driver’s license, and have a clean DMV record. Physically capable of lifting up to 50‑100 lbs unassisted and in good health. Competitive pay for licensed glaziers; a license is not required. Preferred Skills Experience with residential glass replacement (single/double pane window glass, shower enclosures, skylights, etc.). Experience with residential window/door installation, including new construction and retrofit. Window/door maintenance, weatherization, and repair skills. Effective troubleshooting abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Hardworking, motivated, with strong organizational and time‑management skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
