PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) – Hopedale, OH

What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate and treat residents to improve independence and quality of life
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Provide education to residents, families, and caregivers

Qualifications:

• Current Ohio Occupational Therapist license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
• Passion for providing high-quality patient care
