Responsibilities Driving Sales : Utilize StoreForce dashboard results and seek feedback to exceed sales goals. Take ownership of your results and actively work to grow your contribution to the store’s overall sales. Customer Experience : Consistently deliver a world‑class customer experience to every customer. Connect, listen attentively, ask open‑ended questions, demonstrate product benefits, and leave the world Lusher than we found it. Building the Brand : Educate customers on Lush values (Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, Naked Packaging). Articulate these values in‑shop and through community engagement. Product Passion : Continue to expand product knowledge and stay up‑to‑date on ingredients and benefits to make informed recommendations. Development : Utilize Lush resources to develop sales techniques and product knowledge, assess performance, and seek improvement. Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging : Encourage open communication, listen to perspectives, promote teamwork, and recognize each employee’s contributions. Time and Attendance : Be punctual, reliable, and present at work; participate in teamwork and prioritize wellbeing. Visuals and Merchandising : Maintain a clean, organized, visually appealing store. Stock and Inventory : Adjust product displays in real time to improve customer experience. Policies and Procedures : Follow company standards for opening/closing, product integrity, respectful workplace, and health & safety. Qualifications Excellent customer service skills Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities in a fast‑paced environment Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays NOTE: Candidates under 18 selected will be employed on a contract basis through the Lush Youth Employment Program, in line with local regulations.
