Express Employment Professionals is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Workers to join a client's manufacturing team in Casper. No experience is required-full training is provided! This is a great opportunity to start a long-term career with room for growth.
What You'll Do
- Assemble parts and components to build finished products
- Inspect parts for defects and ensure quality standards are met
- Operate tools and machinery safely
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Load and unload preset machines (drill presses, arbor presses, cutters, laminators, stripping machines)
- Assist with light metal-cutting and assembly tasks
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move boxes or materials as needed
- Strong fine-motor coordination for repetitive or precise tasks
- Dependable and motivated work ethic
- Pay: $13/hour + overtime at $19.50/hour
- Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM (overtime possible)
- Weekly pay with direct deposit
- Temp-to-hire opportunity after 90 days
