About the Job: We are seeking a proactive and organized Marketing Assistant to coordinate and execute our day-to-day marketing activities across multiple brands. This is a hands‑on role for someone who takes ownership: you will not only support the team, but drive projects forward, keep deadlines on track, and make sure campaigns, content, and lead follow‑up get done efficiently. The Marketing Assistant will work closely with the design team, sales representatives, and leadership to strengthen our online presence, support lead generation, and keep all marketing channels running on schedule. Responsibilities: Manage and schedule social media content across multiple brands. Coordinate content creation, design requests, and deadlines with the design team. Support email marketing campaigns, including content, design coordination, and reporting. Manage CRM updates, lead tracking, and follow‑up with sales representatives. Monitor Meta Ads campaigns and support future paid advertising initiatives. Create weekly and monthly marketing performance reports. Coordinate projects, manage deadlines, and ensure timely execution across all marketing channels. Minimum Skills and Competencies: Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English. Experience or working knowledge of social media management, email marketing, and a CRM platform (any CRM; Zoho is a plus). Familiarity with SEO fundamentals. Strong organization, communication, and follow‑up skills. Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously. Proactive, detail-oriented, and execution‑focused, with a strong sense of ownership. Preferred Qualifications: Basic design knowledge (Adobe tools). Experience with website management or marketing analytics.
