Manager Trainee

Compensation $3,000 sign‑on bonus. Competitive base salary and performance‑based incentives. Job Summary The Manager Trainee Program at Tower Loan is a full‑time, 10‑12 month development program designed to prepare future branch leaders. Trainees gain hands‑on experience in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and branch operations while working closely with a manager to achieve office goals. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service and build long‑term relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions. Present optional products and services to new and existing customers. Contact customers to send payment reminders and negotiate payment arrangements. Assist the branch manager in achieving office goals. Support management duties such as delegating employee workload and analyzing loan documents. Develop skills in recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Willingness to relocate for a management promotion. Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle. Preferred experience in sales, collections, or customer service. Schedule & Location Full‑time, Monday through Friday, 8:30AM–5:30PM. Some extended hours and occasional Saturdays may be required. On‑site location. Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage.
