The Branch Sales Manager will lead a small sales team focused on the Light Industrial sales channel, driving the branch's sales strategy and overall performance. This role requires frequent travel, approximately two to three days per week, to engage with clients and expand market presence. The manager will be accountable for monitoring sales volume, customer satisfaction, and market expansion to ensure business growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations and coordinate daily sales activities
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the Light Industrial sector
• Monitor team performance against sales targets and key metrics
• Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to senior management
• Provide coaching and support to a small sales team of 1-5 members
• Foster strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention
• Travel frequently to meet clients and explore new market opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales management
• Must be Bilingual in Spanish and English in written and verbal
• Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Skilled in sales forecasting and market analysis
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
