Who we’re looking for Evidence-based orthopedic care and strong clinical reasoning Collaboration, professionalism, and continuous learning High emotional intelligence. What you’ll do Evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient caseload (orthopedics, post‑op, spine, sports, neuro, balance/vestibular and more) Deliver one-to-one, patient-centered care for 40 min. NO double booking Collaborate with teammates and pursue ongoing clinical development Support & growth (new grads and seasoned PTs) New graduates: structured mentorship and skills development in a supportive environment Experienced clinicians: autonomy, opportunities to lead, and room to advance within the company.
