Job Description\n We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with procedural experience for our Outpatient Surgery Center. The ideal candidate will have a background in Pre/Post-operative care, with the ability to float to various departments including the Pain Center and PACU. Responsibilities\n \n Provide nursing care to patients in the outpatient surgery setting. \n Assist in procedural rooms with a patient ratio of 1:2 during procedures, and 1:4 for Pre/Post-operative care. \n Monitor vital signs and ensure the safety and comfort of patients pre and post-procedure. \n Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes. \n Documentation and charting in the Epic system. \n Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n \n Minimum of 3 years of acute care experience, with procedural (GI/OR/Moderate Sedation) expertise. \n Current BLS certification. \n Valid RN license (PA or compact) required. \n Previous charge experience preferred. \n Experience in pain management and outpatient services is a plus. \n Why ARMStaffing?\n At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
