Sales Associate — High-Energy Retail Hustler
The Hub — Kansas City Metro | Full-Time
We’re looking for high-energy, motivated sales associates who know how to hustle, talk to people, and make money.
The Hub is a high-volume retail business with multiple locations across the Kansas City metro. We stay busy, and there is plenty of opportunity to make good money and pick up overtime.
We want people who:
- Bring energy and a great attitude every day
- Know how to talk to customers and build relationships
- Are comfortable selling and making recommendations
- Work hard without needing to be babysat
- Show up on time and are reliable
- Want 40–60 hours and are hungry for overtime
- Have open availability, including evenings and weekends
- Have reliable transportation
This isn’t a sit-around-and-wait-for-customers job. We sell. We hustle. We take care of customers. We build regulars.
If you’re looking for a guaranteed paycheck and the bare minimum, this probably isn’t for you.
If you’re a go-getter who wants to work, make money, and grow with a fast-moving company , we want to hear from you.
