Descriptif Du PosteYou'll report to our Product Team Lead - Recruiter Software and work primarily on Welcome ATS, our next-generation Applicant Tracking System.The Recruiter Software domain brings together our ATS and Sourcing products, with the ambition of helping recruiters find, engage and hire the right people more effectively. You'll join a growing product team alongside another Product Manager, two Product Designers, engineers and AI specialists.Our ATS is being rebuilt from the ground up as an AI-native product. We want to rethink the traditional recruiting workflow rather than simply reproduce the category's existing tools: reducing administrative work, helping teams make better decisions and creating a more conversational and intuitive experience for recruiters.As an Associate Product Manager, you'll own well-defined product problems and progressively take responsibility for larger parts of the ATS experience. You'll work closely with the Product Team Lead, your squad and teams across the company to understand customer needs, shape solutions and bring them to market.Key MissionsOwn clearly scoped product problems from discovery through delivery, with support and coaching from the Product Team LeadBuild a strong understanding of recruiters, hiring managers and candidates by combining customer conversations, product data and input from commercial teamsWork closely with Product Design and Engineering to explore problems, define solutions, make trade-offs and iterate quicklyTurn customer and business needs into clear product requirements, priorities and success measuresFollow the performance of the features you ship and use the results to inform future iterationsContribute to the ATS roadmap and help the team identify the most important problems and opportunities to addressCollaborate closely with Customer Success, Sales, Operations, Product Marketing and other product teamsHelp communicate product decisions, progress and releases clearly across the companyProfil RechercheYou'd be our ideal candidate if you:Bring around 1 to 2 years of experience in product management, or comparable experience working closely with product, design and engineering teamsCommunicate clearly, speak fluent English and work effectively with colleagues and customers across France and the UKHave contributed to shipping digital products and understand the main stages of product development, from problem discovery to delivery and iterationShow genuine curiosity about users, how they work, where they struggle and what could meaningfully improve their experienceTake a structured and pragmatic approach to problem-solving, breaking broad challenges into manageable questions and next stepsFeel comfortable working with both qualitative feedback and product data, with an appetite for developing your analytical skillsBring a collaborative mindset, welcome feedback and are keen to grow alongside experienced product, design and engineering colleaguesThrive in a fast-moving environment where priorities and information can evolveHave an interest in how AI can improve complex professional workflows, while remaining thoughtful about where it genuinely creates valueIt's a plus if you have:Experience working on a B2B SaaS productExposure to HR tech, recruiting software or operational workflow productsExperience using product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Metabase or BigQueryExperience working in a distributed or international teamProcess De RecrutementStep 1: First call with our Talent Acquisition - 30' Step 2: Product Sense exercise with a Senior Product Manager and our Product Designer - 60' Step 3: Product execution with a squad where you will meet and engineer and a designer to navigate through a problem - 60' Step 4: Final values interview with a senior stakeholder outside of Product-Tech side of the business - 45'Informations ComplémentairesType de contrat :Lieu :Expérience :Salaire :
