Job Details: Job Title: RN - Home Health Location: Flint, MI Setting: Home Health Pay Range: $1998.00 - $2097.90 Schedule: 8-Hour Days, 07:00:00-15:00:00 Contract Length: 13 weeks Candidate Type: Local and traveler friendly Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive patient care in a home setting following physician orders. Conduct assessments and update OASIS and Homecare Homebase EMR systems. Monitor patient progress and collaborate with healthcare team members.
