Are you a compassionate Nurse Practitioner looking for a role where you can make a meaningful impact? We’re seeking a dedicated Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our integrative medicine practice, focusing on young adult patients transitioning from pediatrics to adult care, as well as providing acute and same-day sick visits.

Requirements:

  Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for young adult patients.
• Provide preventative care, manage chronic conditions, and support overall wellness.
• Address acute health concerns and provide same-day sick visits in-office or via telemedicine.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to offer a holistic approach to healthcare.
• Educate and guide patients through the transition from pediatric to adult care.

Qualifications :

• Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Maryland.
• Experience in primary care, with a passion for working with young adults.
• Interest or experience in integrative or functional medicine is a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills (verbal & written).
• Well organized, efficient, and able to operate in a busy work environment.
• Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset..
