This is a full-time, day-shift position with a starting wage of $20.00 per hour or higher based on experience , overtime opportunities, comprehensive benefits, and paid training. Schedule & Pay Day Shift Monday-Friday Overtime available Starting at $20.00/hour or more based on experience Paid training provided What You\'ll Do As a Manufacturing Technician on our Roller Operations team, you\'ll help rebuild and refurbish the rubber rollers that keep Quad\'s printing operations running. This specialized process includes: Receiving and scheduling roller refurbishment orders from Quad facilities Removing bearings and inspecting roller components for wear and defects Operating stripping lathes to remove old rubber from rollers Building rollers using specialized rubber application equipment Grinding, machining, and polishing rollers to exact specifications Painting, assembling, packaging, and preparing rollers for installation Using precision measuring tools, including micrometers, dial indicators, and tape measures Reading blueprints and performing basic mathematical calculations Operating forklifts and material-handling equipment Learning and operating a variety of industrial machinery and lathes What We\'re Looking For Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Windows applications Ability to lift 50 pounds or more Forklift experience or willingness to become certified High school diploma or GED preferred Why Join Quad?
