What You'll Do

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients, focusing on restoring or improving daily functioning
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Record and report patient progress to supervising therapists
• Utilize therapeutic interventions such as therapeutic exercises, ADL training, and adaptive device recommendations
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Ensure documentation compliance and maintain accurate patient records
• Assist with patient education to promote independence and safety

What You Need

• Valid occupational therapist (OT) license in Texas
• 1+ years of clinical experience preferred
• Strong skills in patient assessment, intervention planning, and documentation
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt as needed
