• 5,000 - $14,000 annual stipends for hard-to-staff Special Education positions
• 2,000 annual stipends for the hard-to-staff positions of counselor, social worker, and teacher librarian
• 3,000 annual stipend for advanced degrees
• 1,000 - $4,500 annual stipends for various extra-curricular activities
• 1,500 - $6,000 annual stipends for various "leadership" roles
