Business Development Analyst

POSITION SUMMARY The Business Development Analyst will support our Business Development and Strategic Partnerships team, assisting in identifying, developing, and managing partnerships across mortgage, consumer finance, fintech, and real estate sectors. DESCRIPTION Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities Support execution of strategic partnership initiatives in line with Newrez’s commercial and corporate strategy. Research and evaluate potential partnership and revenue opportunities. Prioritize partnership opportunities based on potential business impact. Maintain communication with external stakeholders, including industry partners and thought leaders. Collaborate with internal teams such as Strategy, Marketing, Product, and Legal to ensure successful partnership execution. Represent Newrez at select industry forums, conferences, and partner meetings. Contribute to the design and support of partnership processes, including onboarding, reporting, and account management. Effectively convey information to others, performing related duties as assigned by management. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred. 2-4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or a related field, ideally within financial services or fintech. SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND KNOWLEDGE Demonstrated ability to contribute to partnership or deal execution. Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills. Strong Microsoft Office skills. WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Work on‑site at the assigned office location. Requires regular and punctual attendance, flexibility for occasional adjusted schedules, overtime, and evening or weekend hours. Work involves a sedentary, stationary position in a cubicle for prolonged periods, using a computer and handling phone calls in a noisy environment. COMPENSATION A good faith estimate of the compensation range is $69,100.00 – $115,920.00, which may also include medical, financial, paid time off, and a performance‑based variable or annual bonus.
