Job Title: Senior Applications Development Analyst (Full-Stack .NET Developer)

Location: Tallahassee, FL (Onsite – Monday through Friday)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack .NET Developer to join a long-term government technology modernization initiative in Tallahassee, FL . This is a 100% onsite position requiring an accomplished developer with extensive experience designing, developing, deploying, and supporting enterprise applications using the Microsoft technology stack.

The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, business analysts, and technical leadership to deliver high-quality, production-ready software while supporting mission-critical business operations.

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of hands-on experience as a Full-Stack .NET Developer.
• Strong experience with:
• • C#
  • .NET Framework / .NET Core
  • ASP.NET MVC / ASP.NET Core
  • ASP.NET Web Forms
  • WCF / Web API
  • REST APIs
• Front-end development experience with:
• • React (Preferred)
  • Angular or Knockout
  • JavaScript
  • HTML5
  • CSS3
• Experience with:
• • Azure Cloud Services
  • Azure SQL Server
  • Entity Framework
  • JSON & XML
  • Responsive UI Development
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Experience developing scalable enterprise applications.
• Experience throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise web applications.
• Develop modern user interfaces using React or similar JavaScript frameworks.
• Build RESTful APIs and backend services using .NET/C#.
• Develop cloud-hosted applications using Microsoft Azure.
• Work with Azure SQL Server and relational databases.
• Participate in business requirement gathering and solution design.
• Perform code reviews and maintain coding standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
• Create technical documentation, deployment guides, and operational runbooks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on schedule.
• Mentor junior developers when needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with PeopleSoft ERP or other financial systems.
• Knowledge of Snowflake.
• Government or public sector project experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise financial or budgeting applications.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
(Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.)
