Cash bonuses on accessories and services Techs receive 40+ hours yearly of paid leave for NATE Certifications and dealer training What We Are Looking For: 2 + years of HVAC service experience Residential Service experience required EPA Universal Certification Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints Experience making repair and replacement recommendations Low voltage license or commitment to acquire within 2 years of employment Advanced customer service skills High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School is desired Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
