Description

American Traveler is hiring an MRI Technologist for a Level I trauma hospital setting, requiring at least 1 year of MRI experience and ARRT or ARMRIT certification.

Details

• Level I trauma hospital setting
• Adult ICU, Pediatrics, and Adult Acute Care patient populations
• Uses Siemens imaging equipment with McKesson and Cerner systems
• Evening shift, 5x8 hours, Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
• 13-week assignment

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of MRI experience
• Level I trauma experience required
• BLS certification required
• ARRT or ARMRIT certification required
• License required if applicable
• Siemens, McKesson, and Cerner system experience required
• Cerner charting experience preferred
• First-time travelers accepted with 2 years of Level I trauma experience
• Must be able to lift and move objects weighing up to and over 20 lbs
• Must be able to ambulate and reach frequently throughout shift

Additional Information

• Performs MRI imaging procedures on adult ICU, pediatric, and adult acute care patients
• Facility operates 24/7/365 with rotating shifts, holiday coverage, and inclement weather work as needed
• Must be able to take call and work assigned weekends
• Must be able to work at least 50 percent of holidays occurring during the contract
• Local candidates within 75 miles accepted at a reduced rate
• No candidates residing within 50 miles for full travel rate
