In-Home Family Stabilization Specialist

Cornerstones of Care

Cornerstones of Care is seeking an IIS IFRS Specialist to provide in-home support to families in Kansas City, MO. This temporary position requires working with families to impart skills necessary for crisis management, budgeting, and problem-solving. The role involves connecting families to community resources and conducting home visits for safety and stability. Candidates must have relevant experience and either a high school diploma or a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
