PRN Certified Occupational Assistant

As a PRN Certified Occupational Assistant , you will play a vital role in our interdisciplinary team, working closely with therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to design and implement individualized treatment plans that promote independence, mobility, and overall well-being for our residents. Responsibilities:
• Assist occupational therapists in the development and implementation of patient-specific treatment plans
• Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify areas of strength and weakness, including range of motion, balance, and mobility
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account the unique needs and goals of each resident
• Provide therapeutic activities and interventions, such as exercise programs, to promote independence and functional abilities
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
