Store Operations Lead

Seeking an elevated, client-focused leader to support daily boutique operations while delivering exceptional luxury sales and service experiences. This role blends operational ownership, team support, inventory management, and relationship-driven selling within a high-touch retail environment. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted key holder, supporting opening and closing responsibilities while helping maintain an elevated boutique environment.
