Production Worker

We are hiring Production Workers to join a growing manufacturing team that produces and packages exterior caulk used in commercial construction projects. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced industrial environment where you'll work alongside a team to manufacture, package, inspect, and prepare products for shipment.

Responsibilities

• Fill 5-gallon buckets with finished caulk products and palletize completed buckets.
• Perform quality inspections and document quality assurance checks on finished products.
• Accurately record finished goods inventory and maintain production documentation.
• Package finished products into boxes and ensure proper labeling.
• Work closely with team members to achieve daily production goals.
• Follow all safety procedures and properly utilize required PPE, including respirators.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Adhere to company attendance, safety, quality, and training requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing, production, construction, or general labor experience.
• Ability to regularly lift and move 40-50 lb. 5-gallon buckets.
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding, heavy industrial environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to accurately complete quality and inventory documentation.
• Must be clean shaven to ensure proper respirator fit and compliance with safety requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in general production, packaging, or manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with quality control processes and documentation.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Schedule

1st Shift: Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Overnight Shift: Sunday Night - Thursday Night 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Training Schedule (First Week): Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Compensation

• 1st Shift: $23.50/hour
• Overnight Shift: $25.50/hour
• Full-time hours with consistent scheduling

Work Environment

This position operates in a heavy manufacturing facility where exterior caulk products are produced and packaged. The environment is industrial, fast-paced, and physically demanding. Employees regularly handle materials weighing 40-50 pounds and may be exposed to dust, odors, and manufacturing materials. Safety is a top priority, and respirators may be required in certain areas.

Important: Candidates must be willing to remain clean shaven to ensure proper respirator fit and compliance with workplace safety standards.

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brighton, CO.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $23.50 - $25.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
