Now Hiring: Metrology Technician – Arlington, WA
Pay: $25–$38/hr. | Excellent Benefits | 4-Day Workweek

 

Newell Corporation is growing, and we’re looking for a Metrology Technician to join our growing team in Arlington, WA . If you're detail-oriented, passionate about precision, and thrive in a hands-on manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you!

 

What You’ll Do:

• As a Metrology Technician in our Quality Control department, you will support inspection of components for aerospace, space, energy, automotive, and infrastructure. You will:
• Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Measure product dimensions and verify functionality against requirements.
• Perform inspection and alignment using romer arms, gantry CMMs, and laser trackers to ensure accuracy.
• Identify and document quality issues and working with teams to resolve them.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance product quality.
• Maintain detailed inspection records and quality documentation.

 

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing setting
• Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, indicators, and gauges
• Familiarity with ISO9001 and AS9100 quality systems
• Understanding of GD&T and technical drawings
• Experience using CMMs, articulating arms, or laser trackers
• Experience with Spatial Analyzer, PolyWorks, Verisurf, or similar CMM software.

 

Schedule (4-10’s):

Monday–Thursday, 5:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Pay & Perks:

Pay: $25/hr-$38/hr
