Responsabilidades El supervisor de saneamiento es responsable de supervisar y garantizar un adecuado saneamiento en toda la instalación, así como de recomendar mejoras en los métodos de fabricación y prácticas de saneamiento a la gerencia. Esta posición supervisa el desarrollo, implementación y mantenimiento de los programas de saneamiento y los procedimientos operativos estándar (SOP) para cumplir con los estándares de la empresa y los requisitos regulatorios federales, estatales y locales. Asegurar la limpieza y los procedimientos de saneamiento adecuados en un entorno de panadería. Colaborar con el departamento de Seguridad Alimentaria para el cumplimiento del programa.
