Your Employer Your Altitude Trampoline Park is an independent franchised business. The franchise owner is also the sole employer of all staff at the park. ATP Franchising LLC is strictly the franchisor and owner of the Altitude Trampoline Park® brand, and all references to it or the system generally are strictly to protect the brand and the goodwill associated with it. The Party Host Manager organizes all aspects of birthday parties including contacting interested individuals, building reservations on POS and scheduling staff. This individual reports to the General Manager. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Schedule, coordinate and manage birthday party requests Create a fun and enthusiastic environment for all guests Organize and implement birthday activities Supervise and schedule party staff Handle guests' questions and concerns professionally and courteously Maintain reservations and prepare reports Oversee party experience Maintain positive guest experience by using our SMILES philosophy Sources, orders, and maintains inventory of party supplies Maintains open communications with management of scheduled events Develop and implement post-party follow up and referral process Assists and supports front desk staff on all birthday related questions/concerns Operates Point of Sale (POS) system including deposits and party transactions Support sales and marketing plans in collaboration with leadership team Follow safety and incident reporting guidelines Provides or performs other services or duties as required by management QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS 2-3 years of supervisory or management experience in party planning or booking events Degree in management is a plus Family Entertainment or amusement park background is a plus Workdays, nights, weekends, and holidays as required Must be very organized, detailed oriented, and a strong communicator Professional, "Altitude" attitude and work ethic Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task in a fast- paced environment.
