Industrial Maintenance Manager

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading commercial printing company in search of a Maintenance Manager to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity offering excellent benefits and a day shift schedule, with hours varying as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily maintenance operations for printing production equipment, facility systems, and building upkeep
• Lead and develop maintenance staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
• Manage preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime and improve equipment performance
• Partner with production leadership to maximize machine uptime and support operational goals
• Promote and enforce workplace safety, EHS initiatives, and emergency response procedures
• Coordinate equipment repairs, facility projects, contractors, and vendor relationships
• Support continuous improvement efforts focused on productivity, efficiency, and cost reduction
• Assist with budgeting, inventory/parts management, and capital planning

Requirements:

• Previous maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment required
• Printing industry experience required
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and controls systems
• Experience working in a fast-paced or 24/7 production environment preferred
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and team leadership skills
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or Six Sigma is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Excel and Word

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent hands-on experience preferred
