Arkansas Licensed Chart Analyst

Coordinating the retrieval of medical records for risk adjustment and quality measures, the full-time remote Arkansas Licensed Chart Analyst will collect, organize, and analyze medical records data while serving as a liaison between healthcare organizations and internal departments. Key responsibilities Assist providers with the process of sending medical records and collaborate with internal departments and vendors Develop and maintain tools for medical record retrieval and identify process improvement opportunities Retrieve, analyze, and report on medical records to ensure successful chart retrieval efforts Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare management, or five years of relevant health-related experience Minimum three years of analysis, research, and/or medical coding experience At least two years of medical record review experience Knowledge of EMR systems and familiarity with HL7 and FHIR preferred Understanding of risk and quality concepts related to Medicare Advantage and ACA populations preferred
