FLOOR TECHNICIAN (FULL TIME)

Job Summary We are hiring immediately for a full time FLOOR TECHNICIAN position. Location: Ascension Seton Cedar Park Hospital – 1401 Medical Parkway, Cedar Park, TX 78613. Schedule: Full‑time; days and hours may vary. Details provided during interview. Requirement: Prior floor technician experience preferred; willingness to train. Pay Range: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour. Essential Functions Maintains knowledge of principles of hard‑surface floor maintenance and uses proper procedures on hard floor care including stripping and refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing. Operates various types of industrial floor care equipment. Utilizes automated equipment for cleaning large floor areas. Applies proper procedures on carpet and upholstery, including shampooing, damp surface cleaning, extractions, spot cleaning, and vacuuming. Performs maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types. Completes other duties as assigned by manager. Qualifications Previous experience as a floor care technician or in a related role preferred. Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques required. Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures. Physical ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. frequently.
