Experience: 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months. 24 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience. Travel experience is preferred. Experience with Epic is required. Trauma Level 2 experience is preferred. ASN completion required. Requirements: Candidates must have a Massachusetts license (required after submission). This role may require floating to additional units and locations Travel only, local not allowed. Additional Details: Required Skills/Experience:- 2-5 years of ICU experience required. Preferred Skills/Experience:- Trauma Level I facility experience preferred; may consider candidates with Trauma Level II experience. Required Credentials:- Tele test will be administered on the first day and is pass/fail. Failing could result in assignment termination. Special Requests:- Must be separated from BILH for 6+ months to be considered (perm, per diem, travel). Shift & Scheduling:- Every other weekend.- Scheduled contract hours are 72 biweekly; on-call time does not count toward scheduled contract hours.
