Accounts Receivable Clerk - Part-Time; Temporary Job Category: Accounting/Finance Requisition Number: ARCLE002710 Locations: Showing 1 location As an Accounts Receivable Clerk (Part-Time & Temporary), you will be responsible for various billing activities, including accurately identifying supplier information to ensure deduction matching and some deduction processing responsibilities, or processing customer payments and applying them to their respective invoices.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Index backup related to customer deductions. Review and research information to accurately identify supplier ID’s. Manage generic email boxes to ensure the timely filing of customer deduction info. Apply lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position.YOU MUST HAVE
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, Outlook) General knowledge of accounting practicesYOU MAY ALSO HAVE
Previous work in Accounts Receivable Knowledge of general office equipment (fax and copy machines) Excellent 10 key and typing skillsROLE SPECIFICS
Part Time: minimum of 20 hours per week. Temporary Employment: Expected term of employment to be approximately 3 months. Option to work fully remote, but must be available to come onsite for training.WHO WE ARE
