NOW BOOKING: Nationwide College Campus Street Teams Step into the excitement of football season as you hit college campuses, connect with students, and help create buzz around one of the biggest sports promotions of the year. We're looking for energetic, outgoing Street Team professionals who aren't afraid to approach people, start conversations, and keep the energy high throughout every shift. Location: Penn State University Dates: September 3rd - 5th Shift Times: 9/3-9/4: 11a-3p; 9/5: 10a-2p Street Team Lead: $30/hr (W2) Street Team Brand Ambassador: $28/hr (W2) Environment: Outdoor Travel: Local hires only

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Engage students in high-traffic campus areas. Encourage participation by guiding students through a QR code experience. Distribute promotional materials while creating excitement around the activation. Confidently approach students and keep conversations natural and engaging. Help drive participation goals while maintaining a positive, professional presence. Team Leads will oversee daily execution, manage materials, and support the field team.

REQUIREMENTS

Previous street team, promotional marketing, or experiential marketing experience Sports activation experience strongly preferred Comfortable approaching strangers and initiating conversations High-energy, dependable, and professional Excellent communication skills Must be available for assigned shifts Local applicants only
