Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team for a large-scale $80 million industrial project located in Marshalltown, Iowa. This is a key opportunity to lead a complex project from start to finish with a company headquartered in Johnston, Iowa. Responsibilities: Oversee all phases of the project, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and execution. Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and self-perform crews to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Ensure compliance with contract requirements, safety standards, and quality expectations. Develop and maintain project documentation, progress reports, and client communications. Lead project meetings with owners, engineers, and stakeholders. Identify and resolve issues that could impact project scope, schedule, or budget. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 7+ years of progressive construction management experience, with at least 3 years in a Project Manager role. Proven track record managing industrial, heavy civil, or large-scale infrastructure projects . Strong knowledge of project scheduling software (P6, MS Project) and construction management tools.
