What You'll Do Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle to meet their needs and budget. Build relationships with new and existing customers. Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives. Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships. Work with management and the finance department to deliver an outstanding buying experience. Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals. Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude. What We\'re Looking For Excellent communication and people skills. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Positive attitude and team-first mentality. Customer service or sales experience preferred (automotive experience is a plus but not required). Valid driver\'s license with a clean driving record. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
