Maintenance Supervisor

We're partnered with a rapidly growing, meat processing company that is seeking a hands‑on Maintenance Supervisor to support a high‑volume, fast‑paced production environment. This leader will drive equipment reliability, support continuous improvement, and guide a skilled maintenance team across fabrication and further‑processing operations. Key Responsibilities Supervise, coach, and schedule maintenance technicians across day or night shift Lead troubleshooting, repair, and PM activities on production lines, refrigeration, and facility systems Ensure safe work practices and compliance with OSHA, USDA, HACCP, and plant policies Partner closely with Operations, QA, and Engineering to support uptime and throughput goals Monitor daily work orders, prioritize tasks, and keep accurate documentation Support CI efforts to reduce downtime, improve reliability, and enhance overall plant performance What We’re Looking For 3–5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in meat or food manufacturing Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Experience with conveyors, grinders, mixers, packaging equipment, and refrigeration systems Ability to lead teams on either shift and adapt to changing priorities Solid communication skills and a calm, solutions‑focused leadership style Why This Opportunity Growing, well‑capitalized company with strong leadership backing High‑impact role with room to influence processes, performance, and culture All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
