A world of wonder awaits you.**About the job*** Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and supplier performance in alignment with the LUXignite strategy and derived goals and objectives.* Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the availability of high-quality goods and services.* Oversee the development and execution of contracts with suppliers, including negotiating prices and terms and conditions.* Develop and manage the procurement budget to ensure cost savings targets are met.* Provide leadership and guidance to a cross-functional indirect procurement team, ensuring they are meeting performance targets and delivering on their objectives.* Monitor market trends and technological advancements to identify new procurement opportunities and improve the procurement process.* Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, such as finance, operations, and legal departments, to align procurement strategies with organizational goals.
