Technical Analyst

We're looking for a Technical Business Analyst with a strong foundation in business analysis and Agile delivery. This role will partner with business and technical teams to gather requirements, manage user stories, and support enterprise initiatives. Technical skills such as SQL and BI tools are valued, but the primary focus is business analysis and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements.
• Work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to define solutions.
• Create and manage user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira.
• Support Agile ceremonies and delivery processes.
• Maintain documentation in Confluence.
• Participate in testing, data validation, and solution discussions.
• Support large-scale enterprise projects throughout the SDLC.

Required Qualifications

• Strong Business Analyst experience in an Agile environment.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting enterprise-level technology initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• SQL experience.
• Exposure to BI/reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or MicroStrategy.
• Understanding of data validation and data concepts.
• Interest in solution design and technical problem-solving.
