Primary Responsibilities & Duties Underground: Install buried duct banks, concrete‑encased conduits, pull boxes, and grounding systems. Above‑Ground & Building Systems: Pull and terminate wiring, install cable trays, conduit, and raceways; run power and control cabling for motors, pumps, and equipment. Power Distribution: Install and connect switchgear, motor control centers (MCCs), panelboards, transformers, and variable frequency drives (VFDs). Process & Control Systems: Install instrumentation wiring, control panels, PLC cabinets, and SCADA system components. Equipment Integration: Wire and connect large motors, pumps, blowers, aerators, chemical feed systems, and other treatment process equipment. Solid working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), particularly as it applies to industrial and hazardous (Class I, Div 1/2) locations.
