As a key team member on our 2nd shift (Mon-Thurs, 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM), you'll work in a dynamic, state-of-the-art facility with opportunities to expand your technical skills and take on challenging, hands-on projects. [Responsibilities] - Set up and operate plain or universal milling machines for complex machining operations - Machine compound angles, contours, angular holes, helical and spiral forms to exacting tolerances - Perform gear, spline, and keyway cutting and serrating - Select, mount, and align specialized machine attachments and tooling - Plan machining sequences, determine number of cuts, and establish setup methods - Adjust speeds, feeds, and cutting depths for optimal performance - Interpret blueprints, sketches, and engineering specifications with precision - Utilize machinist hand tools and precision measuring instruments - Lay out stock by measuring, marking, and scribing reference points - Monitor and verify part quality using statistical process controls [Required Skills and Experience] - 2-5 years' experience operating CNC mills and lathes - Proficiency in CNC programming (MCAM) - High school diploma or GED - Strong blueprint reading and shop math skills - Formal apprenticeship or equivalent hands-on training [Preferred Skills] - 5 Axis Machining experience - Live tooling for CNC Lathe - Wire EDM operation - Experience with SNK 5 Axis machines [Benefits] - Competitive compensation - 4-day work week with extended weekends - On-the-job training and skills development - Exposure to advanced manufacturing technologies - Opportunities for career advancement within Indotronix [How to Apply] Ready to take your precision machining expertise to the next level?
