Clinical Pharmacy Specialist

Specialty: Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) and Oncology

Shift Hours including days of the week and specific hours: Monday-Friday 0800-1630
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 40

Call Requirements / Holiday coverage: Must be available for after hours call. No holidays.

• Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, BCOP (preferred at hire, but required within 2 years of hire date)
• Years of Experience: Any with appropriate PGY2 Oncology Training

Sign on is currently being offered to perm staff for $15k with a 2-year commitment. $5000 for Relocation
