ChenMed LLC is seeking an Associate Market General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple medical centers in the Norfolk region. The role focuses on driving operational excellence, patient experience, and center-level profitability, while partnering with clinical leadership to meet growth and quality goals.

You will manage budgets over $50M, mentor center leaders, and implement growth strategies to improve care quality, efficiency, and patient satisfaction, with regional travel
